No battle reached conclusion, yet four ports changed their colours. DFN captured Higuey for France from Neutrality, while Portobelo slipped from PVP’s Spanish keeping into Neutrality; Key West likewise departed ARE’s Spanish possession, and Shroud Cay left NWO’s Pirate hands for the unclaimed state. No defence, queued assault, configuration alteration, or tax change was recorded. CFS remains first in the treasury standings, steady at 27 ports. GRMLN climbed three places to sixteenth, and SZYS advanced four to nineteenth, both without adding holdings. CWOLF fell four places to twentieth, while BORK descended two to twenty-second; each retains three ports.
