No battle reached conclusion, but FPFL has planted the Pirate flag at Concepcion, taking the port from Neutrality. Nouvelle-Orleans has meanwhile slipped from CFS’s Spanish keeping into Neutrality, and Port-au-Prince has likewise departed 18BEK’s Spanish possession. No defence, queued assault, configuration alteration, or tax change was recorded. CFS remains first in the treasury standings at 27 ports, one fewer than yesterday. FPFL rose four places, from sixteenth to twelfth, with five holdings; GRMLN climbed two places to nineteenth without changing its three-port tally. 18BEK suffered the sharpest descent, falling seven places to twenty-first after losing one holding.
