Raiders Set Sights on Bahia Escocesa and Penzacola
Another dawn has broken over the Caribbean with every fortress intact and every garrison undisturbed, no siege joined nor breach attempted in the day now closed. The NPC Raiders, whose ledger of failure has by this column's count stretched into its third week without relief, have nonetheless issued a fresh pair of summons for the evening to come: PYRE's Bahia Escocesa, flying British colours, is marked for uninvited callers at sixteen minutes past five o'clock, with NAEP's Penzacola, under Spanish ensign, to receive its own visitation roughly an hour thereafter. Whether either harbour shall at last furnish the Raiders a prize, or merely add two further entries to their lengthening scroll of disappointment, the columnist once more declines to prophesy.
The treasury ledger offers scarcely more incident than the harbours themselves. KAMI retains its familiar perch atop the standings, forty ports strong and unchanged since yesterday, with no rival clan pressing near enough to trouble the settled arithmetic of its supremacy. Caribbean fortunes, like Caribbean cannon, remain content to rest exactly where they were found.
